So our preparations for camp began the week before with packing and making sure we had all we needed. Trailer was pack the night before we left. We woke at 530am!! (left at 630) for the 5 hour journey. We needed to get there at 12pm so we would get a good tenting spot.
I fogot to take a picture of where we tented. When we arrived we had to put our tent up in between the passing showers. I can't say that tenting in the rain is much fun!
So at camp they have a variety of activities you can do. The Theme for camp was survivor and as families we were put in teams (ours Yellow) There were challenges they had each day. We did some of them. They were like Top town Challenges. Creative and I enjoyed them the most.
During free time they had other activities you could do. Below is what we did.
The BMX Track was a hit.
Creative and Builder did the Flying Kiwi. This is where you are harnessed on a rope and 5 adults pull the rope making you fly up. You were given a ball to shoot in the hoop. Builder was quite nervous about it though he would say. The guy running it could see he was unsure and had a chat with him. I was quite impressed that he gave it a go!

We tried the flying fox. Very fast and fun. I even tried it :) sorry no photos of that. The green bridge is the way back to the top. Slightly nerve racking walking that especially when you have to carry the flying fox bar back to the top
